Renatum Chamber Choir

Local roots, national voice.

A professional chamber choir bringing choral theater to Appalachia — performances built as storytelling, created with, for, and among the communities we serve.

Our Mission

Renatum — Latin for rebirth — exists to pursue excellence in choral performance, to connect communities through creative storytelling, and to serve as a national model for professional choral ensembles in rural America.

Our singers are paid, auditioned professionals drawn from across the region and the country. Our home is West Virginia's Eastern Panhandle — proof that rural America is a place of artists, intellect, and cultural vitality.

At a time when we are increasingly fractured, storytelling is transcendent.
